Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (driveway size, snow depth, method, walkway length, salting choice, contract and per-push prices, expected pushes, annual snowfall, trigger depth, provider names, prices, ratings and response times, forecast amount and times, service type, extras, start date, your name and any contact detail you choose to include in a draft) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for your address. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We never contact snow removal providers and never send your drafts. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
